One of the best air displays at Duxford in recent years is introduced by airshow commentator and editor of Aircraft Magazine Ben Dunnell.

The main highlight of the display was the formation of 15 Spitfires and a Seafire and we dedicate most of this video to the display with the full sound of all 16 engines and views from two in-cockpit cameras.

This video then finishes with a 60 second review of all the flying action over the weekend.

Amazing... Just amazing... My grandfather was a polish pilot in one of the polish division. He always wants me to know, how different the world is from the Spitfire's cokpit. He loved that plane. And I think I'm fallen in love as well... That cokpit view and formations! So, so sweet! Fantastic video!

16 Merlin engines in unison. The ONLY sound that's better than Angus Young. I wish I was there. Thanks for posting the video.

I had the great privilege to attend this airshow with my father. It truly was THE greatest airshow I've ever witnessed, and I go to Oshkosh every year. Those guys flew those planes like their life depended on it,...truly awesome to watch. As a pilot,...very envious.

W o w - brings back squillions of childhood memories especially the spitfire formations. To all at Planes TV - thank you and to especially those brave young folk in 1940 wacking goerings dominent lufewaffe who allowed me to be grow. What a debt we all owe them!
